Contablika may modify, add, or remove features from certain plans as part of the product’s evolution, while endeavoring not to unreasonably affect the essential features of services already contracted.

4. Add-ons, Complements and Marketplace

Contablika may offer add-ons, modules, and additional functionalities—hereinafter referred to as “Add-ons”—that allow for the expansion of the platform’s capabilities.

The Add-ons:

  • no new charges will be generated for periods following the effective date of cancellation;

  • Certain functionalities may be disabled upon the expiration of the contracted period.

It is the User’s responsibility to timely export or back up any information they wish to retain before the corresponding access period ends.

8. Refunds

Payments made to Contablika shall not be refundable, except when:

  • applicable legislation expressly provides otherwise;

  • Contablika approves a refund request on an exceptional basis.

All requests are subject to review.

When a refund is approved, it may be issued via the same method used for the original payment or through another mechanism reasonably determined by Contablika.

The granting of a refund on an exceptional basis does not obligate Contablika to grant similar refunds in other cases.

9. Suspension for Non-payment

When Contablika is unable to process the corresponding payments after the established attempts, it may suspend the account in whole or in part.

During the suspension:

  • certain functionalities may be restricted;

  • Contablika may continue to temporarily retain the information associated with the account; and
  • the User shall remain liable for any applicable overdue amounts.

To reactivate the account, the Administrator must settle outstanding payments or update the payment method, as applicable.
